Due to the personalised nature of semi-custom invitations, your order is custom printed and personalised – made to order to your requirements. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
A detailed proofing process is carried out before your order is printed.

The Semi-Custom Invitations Order Process
1. Placing your order
Your order can be placed on our website, or alternatively, you can email info@appleberryatelier.com for assistance with placing your order. We can also arrange for a phone or video consultation before you place your order or after your order is received.
2. Customisation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive your onboarding documents. This is where we will gather your wording and personal customisation options. Use our design guide to customise your chosen suite, including choosing from our existing venue artwork.
3. Proofing
After we confirm your choices from our design guide and your wording, your designer will send your first proof to you within 5 working days. 4 rounds of proofing are included for semi custom designs. On average we find proofing takes 2-3 weeks.
4. Printing
Once your design has been is signed off, we will send to print. Due to the specialised printing techniques involved, production takes up to 15 working days.
5. Shipping
We securely pack all orders and dispatch them with DHL-tracked shipping.
