When will I get my order?

Off-the-shelf items
Items which are available in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Pre-ordered items
The timeline for preorders will vary depending on the collection launch date. Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of the launch date.

Personalised items
Personalised prints have an average turnaround time of 3 working days.

Personalised stationery has an average turnaround time of 5 working days.

Semi-custom invitations
The average turnaround time for semi-custom wedding invitations can vary depending on the chosen design, and printing methods involved.

Once an order has been placed for semi-custom invitations we will share your personalised estimated timeline with you. As a guide to average timelines here’s what you can expect:

Average turnaround time is 8-10weeks*

* Please note that additional design amendments requested by the customer during proofing, change of scope or delays in sending in feedback may increase the overall turnaround time.

Shipping Timelines

All shipping delivery times listed below are approximated.
Please allow for a built-in cushion of extra time in the event that the shipping process is delayed by the carrier, especially during the Holiday season.

To avoid unnecessary delays, please be sure to review your shipping details carefully when submitting your order and include a contact number.
We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at the check-out point. If you do not provide the correct shipping details, we are not required to issue a refund.

Ireland - Average timeline 1-2 working days.

UK - Average timeline 2-3 working days.

Rest of Europe - Average timeline 3-5 working days.

USA & Canada - Average timeline 5 working days.

Rest of World - Average timeline 5-10 working days.
