Personalised items

Due to the nature of any item, which offers the ability to personalise to your own details, IE is made to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

This includes but is not limited to;
Semi-Custom Wedding invitations, Personalised Christmas cards, Personalised stationery, Personalised Art prints, Personalised digital files. 

Please see our order process on your chosen product for details on the proofing or preview process for personalised items. We do not offer reprints due to errors in the submitted design, and a reprint fee would apply.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order, so please email info@appleberryatelier.com if you have any concerns or questions.

Non-personalised items

Our aim is that our customers love our products; however, for non-personalised items, should you need to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist. Once 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. 

We can be contacted by emailing info@appleberryatelier.com, with the subject ‘Web return’ and we will take you through the return process.  

The cost of shipping returns is at the expense of the customer. 

Refund Eligibility for non-personalised items;
In order to avail of a refund, your item must be in an unused condition and returned to us in the same condition as it was received. 

A refund will not be issued if; 

  • The item has been used.
  • The item is damaged, missing parts and not in its original condition.
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery. 

Not eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return;

  • Personalised items
  • Digital files
  • Gift cards
  • Gift wrapping
  • Shipping costs
