Due to the personalised nature of semi-custom Christmas cards, your order is custom printed and personalised – made to order to your requirements. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

The Personalised Christmas Card Order Process
1. Placing your order
Your order can be placed on our website, or alternatively, you can email info@appleberryatelier.com for assistance with placing your order. Please contact us for order amounts over 80 units.
2. Customisation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive your onboarding documents. This is where we will gather your wording and images if required. Changes to the design outside images and message is not permitted.
3. Proofing
After we confirm your wording, your designer will send your first proof to you within 5 working days. 3 rounds of proofing are included for semi custom Christmas cards. On average we find proofing takes 2 weeks.
4. Printing
Once your design has been is signed off, we will send to print. Production takes up to 10 working days.
5. Shipping
We securely pack all orders and dispatch them with DHL-tracked shipping.
