After working with OBI events many times over the past years, Ailbhe was thrilled to be asked to collaborate with the OBI team on an exclusive dinner event they hosted in Dromoland Castle. Focusing on Irish heritage and the history of Dromland Castle, the event featured unique scroll welcome notes and a luxuriously textured menu.
