Real Wedding: Caoimhe and Michael’s Bespoke Creation
Caoimhe and Michael came to us looking for something unique yet simple. They were tying the knot at the Village at Lyons, and as it is such a beautiful venue they wanted to incorporate it into their day. They both had some strong ideas about their invitations, they told our designer about their love for music so this was a great place to start.
We ask all of our bespoke couples to compile a mood board so we can see what ideas they have. Caoimhe and Michael kindly put together the below images as a starting point for their invitation.

We’re going to show you how this invitation came to life. We always begin with some of the rough concepts, then see what the couples like or don’t like and work from there. Stay tuned to see how this invitation progressed to the final pieces!
Once the artwork was decided upon we then progressed from the pencil and orange colours to soft browns and papaya to really bring the invitation to life. Below is the artwork that was created for this invitation.
For the final touch, their initials were hand-drawn into the carved heart on the tree of each invitation for that personal touch. We love how this invitation captures Caoimhe and Michael’s personalities and is unique to them.
