What On The Day Stationery Do I Need?
Today, we’re answering a question we hear again and again. Of course, the answer for everyone is different as every wedding is different. Often the on the day stationery tends to get overlooked until the very last minute. Take a look below to help you decide what stationery you really need for the day of the wedding.
1. Orders of Service/Ceremony booklets
Helps your guests follow your ceremony and introduces them to your wedding party. It also helps them understand some traditions you choose to incorporate in your ceremony. Not to mention it is also a keepsake of the day. They come in all shapes and sizes and can differ depending on religion.

2. Table plan
Seating plans are usually located at the entrance to the banquet room. They indicate to your guests the table layouts and where they will be seated. They can correspond with place cards.

3. Place cards and Table Numbers
Place cards tell your guest which chair to sit at once at the table. Depending on your table arrangement they may not always be necessary if you are allowing your guests to choose their own seat. Table numbers identify the correct table to your guests. Often this is an excellent opportunity to be creative with your guests.

4. Menus
Menus inform the guests of the meal that will be served. They are not always necessary particularly for a buffet or less formal receptions. They will also not be required if your guests selected their meal choice in advance of the day.
